Insurance Times, a UK trade publication, surveys brokers each year about the managing general agents (MGAs) they work with. In the 2024/25 survey, brokers gave CFC 4.76 out of 5, fifth of 34 MGAs. The survey covered over 1,650 brokers across all MGAs, not just CFC.[11]
This tells you how brokers find CFC to work with. It isn't a review from business owners who bought a policy or made a claim, so it isn't counted in the Review Score. CFC's score in the newer 2025/26 survey isn't publicly shown.[11][12]
No rating found on the other review sites
We found no CFC rating on NerdWallet, J.D. Power, ConsumerAffairs, BBB, Google or Birdeye. CFC is UK-based, so BBB, which mostly covers the US and Canada, may not list it. Not enough public reviews to judge is a gap, not a bad sign.[1][2][5][6][7][8]
The U.S. regulator list we found only shows that one CFC insurer is registered as a foreign (alien) insurer, based in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It says nothing about how customers are treated.[3]
Why Is There No Review Score for CFC?
The Review Score only counts numeric customer or editorial ratings. There are none for CFC, and the broker survey is left out because it isn't a customer rating. Anything the company writes about itself isn't counted either.[11][9]
