BBB's A+ is a grade BBB assigns to the business, not a rating from customers. The San Francisco profile has no customer reviews and no complaints closed in the last three years. Coalition isn't BBB Accredited.[10]
This A+ is the only item counted in the Review Score. A different BBB profile, Coalition Insurance Services in Foster City, isn't confirmed as the same company, so we left it out.[10]
