Describe the premises and service model: seating, tastings, food preparation, events, delivery, and whether alcohol is produced, sold, or served.
Include the lease clause, expected visitors, staff duties, hours, vendors, and any event contracts. Ask whether the requested limits and endorsements match the actual locations and activities.[4]
