### biBerk Regulatory history

On Nov 1, 2022, Oregon's insurance regulator ordered all four insurers to stop and fined them $40,000, with $15,000 suspended for three years. Between Jan 2020 and June 2022, they sent 1,046 workers' comp audit bills without the required wording about the right to dispute the audit. The insurers agreed to the order and said the wording was now included. We found no other order in our searches, but did not search every state.
